If you have always wanted to work on a farm and get to know how agriculture works in Tanzania, Care of Creation is the right place for you.

Care of Creation runs a pilot farm where local farmers can learn to work their fields sustainably so that the soil is not depleted. This helps them to harvest even when the years become drier because less and less rain falls.
The farm covers about 22 hectares of land, on which a variety of different trees and plant species are cultivated. Training courses are held several times a year, both on the farm and in remote areas of Tanzania. Different techniques are taught, such as permaculture and "farming Gods way".

Together with a team you will help to manage the unique pilot farm. You will be involved in bringing out the best in nature, caring for trees and other plants, taking on administrative and organisational tasks and helping to shape life in the training centre.
